MIG, TIG, & Stick Welding

Specializing in custom weld fixturing and small scale structural welding that meets ISO and FDA industry standard requirements, our free hand TIG, MIG, and ARC welding services can handle a broad variety of materials up to 1.25 inches thick.  These materials include, but are not limited to, aluminum, stainless steel, carbon steel, and cast iron. Additionally, our TIG, MIG, and ARC welding services can be applied to a wide range of applications, including boilers and precision assembly.

We also specialize in a variety of ARC/Resistance Welding Processes including FCAW (flux core arc welding), GMAW (gas metal arc welding) and spray welding. Additional services, such as research and development and prototyping, are also available upon request.   Please contact our company today to inquire after our TIG, MIG, and ARC welding operations or any of our other secondary service options.

Arc/Resistance Welding Process  FCAW (Flux Core Arc Welding)
This process uses similar equipment as GMAW but in place of standard solid wire uses wire consisting of a steel electrode surrounding a powder fill material.

GMAW (Gas Metal Arc Welding)
Also known as metal inert gas or MIG welding.

GTAW (Gas Tungsten Arc Welding)
Also known as Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) welding. This process uses a nonconsumable tungsten electrode, an inert gas and a separate filler material. This process is sometimes mistakenly referred to as Heliarc welding.

MIG
Metal Inert Gas welding, also referred to as Gas Metal Arc Welding.

SMAW (Shielded Metal Arc Welding)
Also known as Manual Metal Arc Welding or Stick welding. This process uses a consumable electrode rod, which as the filler material, that is covered in flux that protects the weld area from oxidation and contamination.

Spray
Spray welding is a process where weld material is sprayed onto a workpiece. This process can be used to apply wear and heat resistance coatings and to build up worn areas.

TIG
Tungsten Inert Gas welding. Also referred to as Gas Tungsten Arc Welding.
Vehicle's electrical system for power.
